So I arrived a little late this weekend. As usual, the guys like to mess with me when I’m not here early, before the crowds all get here.

I had originally tried to purchase Canon XSi For Dummies through the local Chapters store, but the were charging me 50% more than just ordering it online….so, it finally arrived, after a 4 day wait time.
So far this book looks great, it has a very easy to follow layout, with a great set of pictures to help guide the process.
I’ll keep you updated on my progress as I begin my learning/reading.

Empire Avenue Secret Achievement
Tuesday, June 15th, 2010Today I unlocked a Secret Achievement on www.EmpireAvenue.com , I’d tell you how but then I’d have to kill you.
For those of you not familiar, Empire Avenue is a social media based online game that tracks all of the major social media that you use, and awards you with dividends for your activity. You can then use the credits you earn to invest in other player, like a virtual stock market. It’s free, but is still in Beta mode, so requires an invite to join.

Be sure to invest in my stock “PWND” , or not, it’s up to you really, but it’s a good stock, just sayin ;P
